Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in business process mapping and UI/UX design to support enterprise-level transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of Salesforce as a secondary skill and work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into user-centric designs, and ensure seamless process alignment across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user flows for system enhancements.
• Work with UI/UX teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and dashboards.
• Support Salesforce-related initiatives (configuration understanding, admin coordination, reporting).
• Partner with development and QA teams to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis, define business cases, and assist in change management documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with process mapping tools
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work with design teams.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce (Admin / Functional).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
