What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze business needs and recommend system solutions or procedures as a liaison between business and technical departments
• Facilitate system enhancement requests and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders
• Create detailed documentation of user requirements and collaborate with the development team on specifications
• Support quality assurance efforts through data analysis and assist with user acceptance testing
• Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a business or technical analysis role
• Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification preferred
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with system enhancement requests and project management in an environmental services context
