We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Business Partner to support the Human Resources department. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, onboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS system maintenance as well as leading immigration strategy and compliance, overseeing payroll operations, and supporting key HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving processes and leveraging technology to streamline HR functions. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS (BambooHR and ADP) and other systems.
  • Partner with benefits brokers to support employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for both full-time employees and contractors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations, including scheduling, materials preparation, and presentation support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR functions, particularly within BambooHR and related platforms.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s immigration program, including visa sponsorships (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.), green card processes, and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including ER, immigration and payroll responsibilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; BambooHR and ADP experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting both full-time and contract employee lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with HR process automation tools or workflow platforms (ADP and Bamboo).
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving HR processes and systems.
  • Experience with benefit brokers and coordination or annual enrollment.
  • Experience working in a multi-state or global organization.

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.

Pay Range: $74,000 USD - $85,000 USD
