Human Resources Analyst

StaffBright is seeking an HR Analyst to join one of our leading automotive and industrial manufacturing clients in the Metro Mobile area. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career human resources professional looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA) and serve as the main contact for enrollment, claims, and compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
• Support open enrollment, benefits audits, and vendor coordination to ensure data accuracy and service quality.
• Lead and support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing vendors, and legal teams on contracts, compliance, and relocation coordination.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, guiding policy interpretation, and supporting managers on HR issues.
• Ensure consistent HR policy communication, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR functions including benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS systems.

All-Star Skillset

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
