Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced People Operations Professional to lead the end-to-end People Operation function in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of KSA labor laws and local legislation, coupled with a proven track record of supporting global organizations. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in HRD, HRM, logistics, relocation and expatriates, compensation and benefits, and budgeting, who can work closely with leadership teams to align HR practices with organizational goals. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and local requirements.
