We are looking for a Data Science Manager who can lead and orchestrate AI and data science initiatives across our growing global ecosystem. You will oversee distributed teams, align project roadmaps, and deliver measurable business impact through intelligent data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of data scientists and ML engineers.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data science and AI initiatives — from design to deployment.

• Coordinate effectively across multiple time zones (Australia & US).

✅ 4–5+ years in managing or delivering data science / AI projects.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

✅ Understanding of data modeling, MLOps, and AI workflow orchestration.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

✅ Experience leading globally distributed or cross-functional teams.

✅ Familiarity with modern AI architectures (LLMs, SLMs, vector databases, or simulation AI).
