About the Opportunity:
The PEOPLE ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE role applies behavioral science and advanced analytics to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This position develops and validates assessments, performs detailed data analyses, and provides actionable insights that influence talent strategies. It merges psychological theory, statistical expertise, and business understanding to drive impactful outcomes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design and validate employee surveys using industrial-organizational psychology principles.
- Develop and assess hiring, credentialing, and upskilling assessments ensuring psychometric reliability and validity.
- Conduct experiments and data-driven interventions to evaluate talent and organizational initiatives.
- Perform statistical analyses on varied people data to identify factors influencing employee behavior, engagement, and performance.
- Communicate complex data insights and psychological findings clearly to HR leaders and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects with ownership, organization, and accountability.

Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or related behavioral science/data science field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics, people analytics, or applied behavioral science within organizations.
- Expertise in statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis, SEM, regression, cluster analysis, network analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in programming and data handling using R, Python, or SQL.
- Experience with survey platforms like Glint, Qualtrics, or custom tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), employee lifecycle analytics, organizational network analysis, workforce segmentation, experimental design, and applied research in relevant fields.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $88,680 to $168,480 based on full-time schedule.
- Location-specific ranges apply (e.g., California: $97,560 to $202,200; New York City: $106,440 to $202,200).
- Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program based on performance.
