Full-Stack TypeScript Developer
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong TypeScript expertise to help take an early-stage product from MVP to live rollout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys shaping product direction, and has a proven track record in building scalable web applications.
Responsibilities
- Roll out next-stage features based on the product roadmap.
- Evaluate and evolve the existing architecture, optimizing service integrations.
- Implement improvements for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with a fractional CTO and UX Designer to shape and scope the product.
- Provide ongoing support for integration of new features.
Deliverables
- Conduct a technical evaluation of the MVP and recommend paths for continued development.
- Implement key optimizations to prepare the application for live users.
- Support the rollout of new product functionality in alignment with user needs.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
- Proven track record building web applications end-to-end.
- Experience in early-stage startup or MVP environments, with the ability to take a technical leadership role.
- Ability to work asynchronously, iterate quickly, and communicate transparently.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Empathy for user experience and understanding the impact of product decisions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in sensitive or regulated domains (e.g., legal, healthcare, finance).
- Background building two-sided marketplaces or platforms.
- Passion for mission-driven products solving real-world problems.

- Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS 4
- Backend & Infrastructure: Supabase (PostgreSQL, auth, API functions), Vercel (hosting)
- Tooling: GitLab (CI/CD, version control), Resend (email), Posthog (analytics)
