What You’ll Do
As our Manager, Business Performance & Improvement, you’ll lead efforts to optimize how a key function within ProService operates—leveraging data, process insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business results and driving lower costs. This role is all about turning analytics into action: identifying inefficiencies, accelerating execution, and enabling smarter decisions. You’ll play a vital role in shaping how we scale performance and improve outcomes in a business that is fast paced adn focused on innovative growth. You’d be part of a core offering and catalyst program of our business.
- Deliver and drive reporting and insights to senior leadership that highlight progress, surface risks, and guide strategic decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports to give leaders real-time visibility into performance and bottlenecks
- Analyze workflows and trends to identify inefficiencies, reduce unnecessary spend, and drive the speed and quality of delivery; that ultimately lower costs.
- Drive the implementation of high-impact initiatives that drive measurable improvements in operational effectiveness and business outcomes
- Serve as an expert and executional partner within a small team, bringing action driven by data insights paired with conviction.
What You Bring
You’re a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver who thrives in complex environments. You know how to distill operational noise into clear priorities, turn insights into action, and collaborate across teams to get things done—without needing formal authority.
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations
- Prior experience working within a growth focused organization is a plus.
- Hands-on experience improving processes through workflow analysis, automation, and performance tracking
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Direct and effective communicator with an ownership mentality and bias for action that will drive change delivering measurable business impact.
