Role Responsibilities
Source and screen expert contractors using the Mercor platform and external channels like LinkedIn.
Communicate with candidates in Mandarin and English to answer questions and guide them through the process.
Manage pipelines efficiently and deliver qualified talent quickly.
Qualifications
Must-Have
2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
Fluent Mandarin and strong English skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with AI recruiting tools.
