Job Title: Marketing Analytics Lead Analyst

Summary:
The Marketing Analytics Lead Analyst supports analytics and reporting for the Individual & Family Plan business segment within a leading healthcare organization. This role partners closely with marketing and business teams to measure campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize marketing effectiveness across acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify analytics needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and visualizations to track performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Design, execute, and analyze marketing tests (A/B or multivariate) to evaluate campaign impact and guide optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy, campaign tracking consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Identify and resolve data or process gaps through root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain documentation of best practices.
- Provide ad hoc analytics support to marketing and leadership teams as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or digital analytics (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with data extraction and analysis tools: SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, SAS.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics and Tableau (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience designing and evaluating marketing experiments (A/B or multivariate testing).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
