Role Description
The Marketing Director role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading Atoro’s marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees brand positioning, campaign development, and go-to-market plans for cyber compliance and AI governance services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. The Marketing Director will guide market planning, define target segments, and coordinate market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing operations, collaborating with sales and consulting teams on messaging and content, optimizing digital channels, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights. This position also involves mentoring marketing team members, managing external agencies or partners, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Atoro’s presence in key markets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, including developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and inform positioning.
- Proven collaboration with Sales teams to create demand-generation programs and support pipeline growth.
- Background in B2B technology or professional services; experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or AI governance is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strength in storytelling and value-based messaging.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals and working in remote, distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
