  • Support post-implementation reviews to evaluate benefits realisation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex, system-focused transformation projects.
  • Specific experience with enterprise timesheet or time-capturing solutions such as: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Oracle Time and Labor, Replicon, Tempo Timesheets (Jira), Deltek Maconomy, TimeTac, Clockify, or similar enterprise tools.
  • Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of system implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams.
