Business Analyst in PORTUGAL

The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates.

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week at the client’s office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required: English and French (minimum C1)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a solid IT background to join a growing international team in Lisbon.

What you’ll do:

• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and specifications
• Assist in defining solution architecture and data flows with technical teams
• Support testing, training, and user acceptance phases

Tools & methodologies you might use:

• Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, SQL
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, APIs, and integration flows
• Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus (e.g. Power BI, Excel advanced)

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
• Available for a hybrid work model (2x/week onsite in Lisbon)
