We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our remote team in Germany. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic initiatives.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support process improvement initiatives across the organization
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Must be based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
