Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in our domestic and international recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workforce management, a strong understanding of operational staffing, and the ability to source and onboard personnel from both Greece and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline and operational roles (cleaners, technicians, security personnel, supervisors, etc.)
• Develop and post job ads across various channels, ensuring visibility in both local and international markets
• Source candidates from abroad (EU & non-EU countries), coordinating with agencies and partners to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with operational needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
• Build and nurture partnerships with employment agencies, vocational schools, and public services (DYPA)
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and personnel allocation across multiple projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in high-volume hiring or operational environments
• Proven experience in personnel management or coordination of large teams
• Demonstrated ability to recruit internationally and manage relocation or permit-related processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job openings simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
