Key Responsibilities
- :Assist in the execution and monitoring of business and banking-related projects
- .Develop executive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- .Manage and track project costs and timelines
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data related to GTB solutions, including payments and commercial financing products
- .Support project planning activities and contribute to agile ceremonies and delivery cycles
- .Utilise tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day project coordination
- .Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and business

Qualifications and Experienc
- e:University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related fiel
- d.1–2 years of experience in a consulting or business analysis rol
- e.Previous involvement in banking projects (especially GTB, payments, or supply chain finance like Confirming or Factoring) is a strong plu
- s.Exposure to project management practices; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a bonu
- s.Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and MS Team
- s.Strong computer literacy and data handling skill
- s.Fluent in English (B2–C1) – written and spoke
