Role Summary

The Microsoft Intune Engineer is responsible for optimizing and securing endpoint management systems within ING’s Cloud Managed Workplace. This role is key to developing resilient digital workplace solutions that support ING's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
  • Integrate updates and new features from Microsoft 365 to elevate productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Automate tasks and deploy configurations using PowerShell and Azure DevOps, improving system efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with major technology suppliers, including Microsoft, to enhance product service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with rigorous industry regulations through effective automation strategies.
  • Provide third-line support, manage incident resolutions, and participate in on-call rotations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, ideally within a regulated sector like financial services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 technologies and Microsoft Intune; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Skilled in using PowerShell for scripting and Azure DevOps for deployments.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and articulate clear solutions.
  • Effective in leading initiatives, mentoring teams, and managing stakeholder relationships across various levels.

What We Offer

  • Initial 12-18 month contract assignment, after which you'll become an internal employee with ING
  • Hybrid working (on/off-line in the office) 36/40 hour work week
  • Full pension according to Dutch temp labour CLA
  • Bandwidth for a fixed term assignment: €5060 - €6800 gross per month, excl. holiday payments.
  • Relocation services available for candidates living outside of the Netherlands
