Vice President Information Technology (VP of IT)

Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of IT to lead our technology organization, overseeing security, data, operations, and enterprise platforms including Workday, CRM, and Google Suite. This role drives IT strategy, ensures operational excellence, and delivers secure, scalable technology solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Set and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a 14-person IT team (3 direct reports) across security, data, and operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Technology Management:
- Oversee enterprise platforms including Workday, CRM, and Google Suite.
- Partner with HRIS and Finance Workday teams to ensure integrations and system optimization.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including equipment, laptops, and user support.
Security & Compliance:
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance efforts.
- Ensure data privacy and protection standards are met across all systems.
Vendor & Solution Management:
- Manage vendor selection, contracts, and relationships.
- Design and implement efficient, cost-effective technology solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Proven oversight of security, data, and IT operations.
- Background with Workday, CRM, and Google Suite; hands-on Workday experience preferred.
- Strong experience in vendor management and delivering enterprise tech initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Healthcare industry experience a strong plus.
