QuantumGate is a cybersecurity venture focused on post-quantum security solutions, including cryptographic migration tools, passwordless authentication, and network access with zero-trust principles. Our mission is to empower organizations with tools that are secure, scalable, and aligned with emerging regulatory frameworks. We serve enterprise and government clients across the UAE and beyond.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle for one or more QuantumGate offerings—from strategy and development to market launch and growth. You will collaborate with engineering, program, and business teams to define features, drive execution, and ensure product-market fit. This role requires a blend of technical depth, market insight, and business acumen, including full ownership of go-to-market strategy and product P&L.

📍Relocation to the UAE is required – generous relocation benefits and visa sponsorship (for the employee and their family) will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with QuantumGate’s strategic goals.
  • Champion customer centricity by embedding the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Establish and manage structured processes for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  • Lead market validation and concept testing for new products and features to ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and company-wide initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve alignment and deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Translate customer needs and cybersecurity trends into actionable product features.
  • Partner with engineering and research teams to co-develop secure, scalable solutions.
  • Create product messaging, positioning, and launch plans tailored to target segments.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales.
  • Support sales enablement through training, collateral, and customer engagement.
  • Own product-level financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost targets.
  • Forecast demand, develop pricing strategies with Business Development, Finance and PMO teams, and monitor profitability.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize product investments and lifecycle decisions.
  • Support the Business Development and Product teams in identifying, building, and managing external partnerships to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and structure high-impact materials such as corporate presentations, customer pitch decks, and proposals.
  • Provide senior leadership with strategic updates, insights, and actionable recommendations on product initiatives and performance.
  • Represent the product and QuantumGate at customer meetings, partner discussions, industry events, and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing and empowering team members.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
