Our current client is a US IT services company with a business entity in Bulgaria. On their behalf, we are currently looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who is ready to grow with their team.
Responsibilities:
- Building highly responsive web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience across various platforms and devices;
- Working closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate requirements and designs into functional web applications;
- Ensuring that all code is optimized for performance, including load times, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility;
- Identifying and resolving frontend issues, bugs, and bottlenecks to ensure high availability and usability of the platform;
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development,Vue.js ecosystem, and web technologies to continuously improve the development process;
- Working with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend components and backend services.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience working as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on Vue.js and the Vue.js ecosystem;
- Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SCSS or SASS);
- Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite;
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration within a team environment Experience building responsive and mobile-first applications with an eye for detail and a focus on delivering a consistent user experience across devices;
- Comfortable working in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban), including sprint planning and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders;
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setup, manage time well, and deliver tasks on time with minimal supervision;
- A willingness to constantly upgrade skills and learn new technologies as needed.
