Requirements
What You'll Be Doing π
The Clinical Product Manager will focus on the product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on clinical requirements, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
- Managing the Clinical & Operational Product Lifecycle: You will manage the entire product lifecycle for features that involve clinical pathways, diagnostic results, and treatment recommendations, ensuring both digital and physical products deliver value to our customers whilst contributing to the success of our company
- Owning Clinical Validation: Own the end-to-end delivery of clinically sensitive products, ensuring development is prioritised in line with agreed product goals and, crucially, clinical safety and regulatory metrics

- Building the Clinical & Operational Roadmap: Build and own product roadmaps for clinical features that align with the company's vision, based on input from internal clinical stakeholders, regulatory requirements, medical research, and your own industry insight
- Championing User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring our products provide intuitive, clear, and clinically accurate patient communication and experiences
- Testing and Iteration: Conduct user testing (A/B testing, customer interviews, surveying, etc.) to gather feedback on clinical clarity and comprehension, iterating to drive continuous user experience improvement
- Drive Retention through Care Journeys: Design and optimise clinical pathways that convert diagnostic insight into actionable care, increasing engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value
- Measure Success: Define KPIs that link clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and retention β working with data teams to translate insights into product improvements. Ensure clinical products drive both patient trust and sustainable business metrics

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clinical teams alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- The ability to strike a balance between clinical best practice, user focus, and business judgement to drive sustainable, safe growth
- Comfortable using modern tools for managing product development (Monday.com, Notion, Figma, GA4 etc.)
- The ability to use and interpret complex clinical and operational data/metrics to inform decisions and success
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
