Job Description

As a Human Resource Manager, you will oversee HR operations and strategy, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will play a key role in building a supportive workplace that empowers our team to thrive and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company values
• Partner with leadership to design performance management and career development programs
• Support employee relations by fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
• Manage HR systems, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor regulations
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or people operations
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English & Chinese(Required)

Compensation：

• Starting from $55K
