This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI-driven insurance technology startup focused on revolutionizing claims processing.

We’re identifying a small number of exceptional fullstack engineers from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the founding team.

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Compensation: $165K - $250K base + competitive, top of market equity

Employment type: Full-time

About the role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will take full ownership of your work from day one, deploying code to production immediately. You will be responsible for designing and building features end-to-end, solving a wide range of technical challenges, and working directly with clients to integrate solutions and deliver measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
• Create specifications, build features, and handle challenges independently.
• Work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver impactful results.
• Engage in diverse tasks including deploying AI use cases, designing core infrastructure, and scaling the codebase.

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years of experience in a fullstack engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
