At Skailama, we build SaaS products for the e-commerce space. We’re a lean, hands-on team that values speed, quality, and ownership.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

• Minimum 100+ DSA problems solved (proof via GitHub/LeetCode etc.)

• Actively coding in React or Node.js for at least the past 6 months

• We value proof of work more than degrees — share your GitHub, personal projects, or anything else you've built

This is a full-time remote role — work from anywhere in India.

Compensation:

Fixed CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA (based on MERN & JavaScript skillset)

ESOPs: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA (interview performance-based)
