Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (Denver, CO)

Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a Wildfire Mitigation Program by reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing GIS and database (Access) data.
- The analyst will ensure data accuracy and completeness before submission to internal teams responsible for installing and maintaining field devices.
- This role involves supporting new device installations, maintaining existing equipment, validating templates, and managing the Common Device Database.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and maintain GIS and database (Access) data for accuracy and completeness.
- Support installation and maintenance of field devices by verifying data and templates.
- Collaborate with engineers, GIS specialists, project managers, and vendors to resolve data discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain the Common Device Database.
- Process data requests and ensure accurate submissions to downstream teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in GIS and mapping.
- Experience with Access databases and SharePoint.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, SharePoint).
- Effective data analysis and validation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with distribution management systems (DMS).
- Knowledge of advanced database management, process automation, or integration improvements.
- Experience in utilities or communications industries.
Experience & Education:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Background in GIS, mapping, or related data analysis fields.
