Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX

Compensation: $110,000- $135,000. Relocation support is available.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help build and scale the BI function during a time of growth and transformation.

Role Overview

The BI Manager will lead the development of KPI dashboards, self-service reporting tools, and data storytelling initiatives. This is initially a hands-on individual contributor (IC) role but is expected to grow into a leadership position as the BI function expands.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking (Power BI preferred; Tableau or other tools acceptable).

Define and track core business KPIs to support leadership decisions.

Champion self-service reporting across multiple business functions.

Train and enable stakeholders to leverage BI tools effectively.

Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling.

Establish and own the BI reporting capability within the organization.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL for data access and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement KPIs.
• Experience working in or enabling self-service analytics environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex data.

Tech Environment

• Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• SQL as the core query language.
