About The Role

The Senior Graphic Designer will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the Shift4 brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Services, this role requires a visionary designer capable of leading multiple projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in visual communication. This position offers the flexibility of remote work or can be based at one of our strategic locations including Las Vegas, NV; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Morrisville, NC; or Center Valley, PA. Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in leading design projects from inception to completion
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong judgment and proactive decision-making abilities
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials across various platforms including print, digital, social media, and web
  • Take ownership of VIP and C-Suite level deliverables ensuring high standards and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to develop cohesive and impactful design solutions
  • Support the Creative Services Director by contributing to large projects and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all creative outputs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes
  • Present and articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for refinement
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
