We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive product growth and shape a scalable, intuitive experience for thousands of users worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain the product strategy and roadmap (AI agents, analytics, project management, UI/UX).
- Run user research and collect insights to prioritize features.
- Lead design and development teams to quickly launch and refine product functionality.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Track and analyze key product metrics (onboarding, activation, retention, engagement, monetization).
- Talk to customers, translate their needs into actionable scenarios.
- Stay up to date with AI and project management trends and bring them into the product.
- Ensure feature consistency and coherence across the platform.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and align the vision with leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role (SaaS or B2B background preferred).
- Proven experience in product strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to test and validate hypotheses.
- Deep understanding of product metrics and funnels.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for working with international clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience with UI/UX principles and collaboration with designers.
- Basic SQL or BI knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppMetrica, or Google Analytics.
- Understanding of B2B/B2C business models and custom development.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Sociocracy, or Holacracy.
- Hands-on experience implementing project management software.
- Technical background and interest in AI, machine learning, or automation.
- Experience building long-term product roadmaps and business cases.
