We operate in the FinTech / Accounting SaaS sector, building compliance-first products for US Tax & Accounting workflows used by accounting firms and enterprise finance teams. This role is a hands-on Senior Product Manager who will own a flagship product end-to-end and drive growth, adoption and profitability across complex tax & accounting use-cases. Standardized title: Senior Product Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own a flagship SaaS product from strategy to delivery: set vision, prioritise backlog, define KPIs and drive releases that move core business metrics (activation, retention, revenue).
- Build deep domain expertise in US tax & accounting requirements and translate regulatory and customer needs into compliant product solutions.
- Run continuous user research and stakeholder interviews (customers, partners, support, sales) to validate hypotheses and shape feature definition.
- Embed product analytics and experimentation: instrument funnels, run A/B tests, analyse results and iterate to optimise conversion and usage.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, QA and GTM teams—own launch plans, pricing inputs and adoption strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and grow junior PMs, define product best-practices (roadmapping, PRDs, success metrics) and ensure high-quality UX and edge-case coverage.
