Faxcom Systems Engineer - Faxcom - SQL - Powershell 100% Remote

We have a 12 month contract, opportunity to hire, for a Senior Systems Engineer to support and manage this company’s enterprise Faxcom electronic faxing system. This role involves administering and troubleshooting Faxcom, handling end-user requests via ServiceNow, performing daily system health checks, and resolving issues involving SQL scripting, PowerShell, and telephony/network protocols. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Faxcom engineering experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment. 100% Remote.

Shift: 9-6pm CST

MUST HAVES:

• 3-5+ years of engineer experience in Faxcom administration
• Experience with Faxom
• Experience with other: SQL scripting, PowerShell
• Telephony as it relates to the Faxcom application, network protocols

NICE TO HAVES:

• Healthcare experience
• ITIL certification
• SQL scripting, PowerShell, telephony as it related to electronic faxing
