We’re looking for a Delphi Developer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain software solutions that meet evolving customer needs. In this role, you’ll analyze requirements, design and implement applications, and ensure that solutions align with current system architecture while allowing for future enhancements. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software for a variety of IT applications.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with MUMPS or VistA.
- Knowledge of CI/CD process tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Exposure to AWS technologies (EC2, S3, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software using Delphi and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure solutions are compatible with current architecture and can scale with future needs.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot application issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with service orientation concepts and enabling technologies.
- Hands-on experience in software development and implementation.
- Proficiency with Delphi development (required).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and system architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in software development (Senior role: 8+ years).
- Experience across the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ability to obtain VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance.
