Our client is a
fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of
gaming and blockchain technologies, headquartered in
Bangkok. To support their rapid expansion, they are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Backend Developer to join their team and help build world-class mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
- Implement scalable data solutions with MongoDB, MySQL, and Elasticsearch
- Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, etc.)
- Build event-driven architectures with RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Secure APIs using OAuth 2.0 / JWT
- Collaborate in an agile setup with frontend, QA, and product stakeholders
- Maintain strong code quality via testing, refactoring, and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience
- Expertise in Java (Spring Boot / J2EE) and Node.js
- Strong grasp of OOP, microservices, and RESTful API design
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, etc.)
- Messaging: RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Security: OAuth 2.0, JWT
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile or distributed teams
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)
- Fluent English required
- Willingness to relocate to Thailand (relocation support provided)
