This role is with a La Voie client — a fast-growing B2B HRTech SaaS company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, building AI-powered recruitment technology used across 135+ countries and backed by top-tier global VC investors.
This is a relocation to Bangkok, not remote job.
2. Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate production systems for high availability and reliability
- Improve observability (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting)
- Automate manual/repetitive ops tasks
- Collaborate with engineering to design resilient, scalable systems
- Improve developer experience via custom tooling and infrastructure automation
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
- Conduct post-incident reviews and drive improvements
- Benchmark, test, and optimize system performance/scalability
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

Requirements:
- Strong AWS experience (or GCP/Azure)
- Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration
- Solid Linux systems knowledge
- Programming in Golang, Python, Bash, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD & automation: ArgoCD, Crossplane, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible
- Cloud security fundamentals: Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or HashiCorp Consul
- Observability/monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog
- Solid networking, load balancing, DNS, security knowledge
