Job Description
We’re seeking a
Senior Flutter Engineer to help design and deliver a new mobile-first international payments product. You’ll help shape the mobile experience end-to-end—from architecture to implementation—ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance across global markets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build secure and high-performing mobile applications using Flutter and other cross-platform frameworks.
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to develop seamless user experiences.
- Lead mobile feature delivery from concept through deployment, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Participate in and help drive code reviews and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team documentation and technical best practices.
- Operate effectively in agile environments with distributed teams and complex integrations.
- Work on projects comparable in complexity to those found in large-scale, high-traffic technology organizations.
Required Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 4+ years of professional mobile development experience (Android, iOS, or cross-platform).
- Proficiency in Flutter, with experience integrating REST APIs and microservice-based systems.
- Familiarity with React Web or React.js for web/mobile crossover work.
- Strong grasp of mobile design patterns, debugging, and test-driven development.
- Experience working within modern agile SDLC environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver production-quality code in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
Nice-to-Haves
- Reactive programming experience (RX, Streams, Coroutines).
- Experience contributing to open-source mobile frameworks.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and scalable mobile frameworks.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Pay & Benefits Summary
- W2 Contract: $60/hour max
- Fully remote; standard full-time schedule
