Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Senior)

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI solutions that drive real business value. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), while collaborating closely with data engineers, product managers, and other key stakeholders.
✅ Required Skills
- 7 Years experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based systems is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Create and deploy machine learning models and tailored AI solutions.
- Innovate: Fine-tune and extend Large Language Models (LLMs), leveraging both open-source and commercial tools.
- Optimize: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Analyze: Conduct exploratory data analysis and perform feature engineering to enhance model accuracy.
- Build Generative AI: Develop next-generation models for content creation, automation, and business innovation.
- Apply Traditional ML: Utilize algorithms such as decision trees, SVMs, and neural networks to solve complex challenges.
