Summary
Our client, a leader in the digital eCommerce space, is looking for a passionate Digital Product Manager. You’ll be the driving force behind their eCommerce platform and other digital products. Working closely with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams, you’ll ensure features and improvements are rolled out smoothly, enhancing both business growth and customer satisfaction. This role also involves supporting initiatives like subscription management to help expand their digital ecosystem and better serve customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing digital products in eCommerce
- Strong ability to make decisions based on data and analytics
- Experience leading agile teams through the entire product cycle
- Proven experience building or managing a content management system (CMS) using platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, or similar—plus!
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Capable of translating big ideas into actionable plans and user stories
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
