We are seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled data professional with a proven track record of delivering advanced analytics and insights through Power BI.

You can expect to



Work On Tasks And Responsibilities Such As

  • Data Modeling & Transformation:
    • Develop complex, scalable data models using Power BI and related tools.
    • Optimize data flows and structures to enable efficient and accurate reporting.
    • Implement advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) calculations and measures.
  • Report Development:
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
    • Ensure reports are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Data Integration & Automation:
    • Connect Power BI to various data sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud services.
    • Automate data refresh processes and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data models and reports.
    • Implement and promote best practices for Power BI development and governance.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize report adoption and usability.
Must haves

Experience

    • Minimum of 5+ years as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
    • Extensive experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
    • Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in building complex, scalable data models in Power BI.
    • Proficient in integrating Power BI with various data sources, including cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
    • Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
