We are seeking a
Senior Power BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled data professional with a proven track record of delivering advanced analytics and insights through Power BI.

You can expect to
Work On Tasks And Responsibilities Such As
- Data Modeling & Transformation:
- Develop complex, scalable data models using Power BI and related tools.
- Optimize data flows and structures to enable efficient and accurate reporting.
- Implement advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) calculations and measures.
- Report Development:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Ensure reports are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Data Integration & Automation:
- Connect Power BI to various data sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Automate data refresh processes and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data models and reports.
- Implement and promote best practices for Power BI development and governance.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize report adoption and usability.
Must haves
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in building complex, scalable data models in Power BI.
- Proficient in integrating Power BI with various data sources, including cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
