Role Description

This is a contract role for a Computer Vision Developer at KSL, lasting for 6 months. The position is fully remote. The Computer Vision Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing computer vision algorithms, working on pattern recognition and robotics projects, and collaborating with data scientists and computer scientists to design and deploy AI-powered solutions. The developer will also conduct research to advance the company's technical capabilities and contribute to the integration of AI into existing IT infrastructures.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages
  • Extensive experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PIL, scikit-image)
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Solid understanding of image processing techniques and algorithms
  • Experience with neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Vision Transformers)
  • Knowledge of classical computer vision algorithms (object detection, image segmentation, feature extraction)
  • Familiarity with GPU programming (CUDA) for performance optimization
  • Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and model training pipelines
