Job Title: Senior Mobile Architect / Staff Engineer (Remote)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Mobile Engineer (Staff/Architect level) to drive complex, scalable, cross-platform mobile solutions. This is a pure IC role with no people management responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development (preferably as Staff Engineer/Architect).
- Deep expertise in React Native (first preference). Flutter experience is also welcome; if working with Kotlin, Swift expertise is required as well.
- Strong background in building cross-platform mobile applications at scale.
- Web experience is a plus, but mobile-first mindset is essential.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to CI/CD for mobile.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
