Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16.30 PST
π οΈ What Youβll Be Doing
- Design, document, and enforce uniform folder structures across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Define and implement naming conventions for Teams, SharePoint sites, folders, and files.
- Support cross-departmental alignment to ensure structures are consistent and intuitive.
- Build and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate folder creation, site templates, and structural compliance checks.
- Develop Power Automate flows for content movement, reminders, and reviews.
- Partner with IT admins to enforce sharing defaults and lifecycle rules.
- Conduct regular audits of folder structures, site sprawl, and access permissions.
- Create and deliver user training and quick reference guides.
- Work directly with departmental leads to support adoption of new structures.
- Champion governance habits (archiving, cleanup, periodic reviews).
- Collect feedback and continuously refine standards to improve usability.

What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Power Automate workflows for collaboration processes.
- Familiarity with SharePoint site templates and Teams provisioning.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting end-user adoption and training.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (Compliance Center) for sensitivity labels, retention, and DLP.
- Knowledge of information governance and ITIL practices.
- Microsoft 365 Certifications (Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator, Enterprise Administrator Expert).
