Foundation is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to drive engagement and growth for our service-based business clients on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be adept at conceptualizing effective social strategies, evaluating content quality, and utilizing AI tools for rapid content generation and scheduling.
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement strategic social media plans tailored for service-based businesses
- Manage client social channels (primarily Facebook and Instagram)
- Analyze and interpret performance data, optimize content for reach and engagement
- Collaborate with designers and use AI tools to generate compelling images, reels, and stories
- Be the advocate for each brand's voice and reputation online; ensure prompt, professional, and accurate post responses and direct messaging
- Keep up with trends, platform features, and best practices to maximize impact
Requirements :
- 4+ years of full-time social media management experience for small business/service brands
- Demonstrated ability to grow brand channels and drive engagement through effective content
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram (both organic and promotional tools); familiarity with TikTok a plus, but not required
- Experience using or strong willingness to learn AI-driven content creation tools
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and handling of multiple brands/accounts
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a major plus, but not required
