Job Responsibilities

  • Development - Manage the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced requests. Serve as project leader or consultant in the design and implementation of complex information systems. Consult with end user community to develop requirements for system solutions. Lead business analysis, testing and support efforts. Lead maintenance and support efforts for a large/complex platform or a portfolio of applications and software.
  • Collaboration - Serve as primary liaison to multiple internal and external groups, both technical and non-technical. Evaluate user requirements and translate into complex solution designs. Evaluate work breakdown structures and implementation plans to ensure alignment with requirements, project goals, and standards/best practices. Develop Technical Designs and participate in Technical and Code Reviews. Utilize Development lifecycle process and documentation to implement and support system solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering - Lead the development of business, user and system requirements. Lead the design of solutions that can be scaled, efficiently maintained and supported, and reused across multiple projects and domains. Design and lead the implementation of interfaces to securely access data from internal and external sources.
  • Support - Lead advanced technical support for a large portfolio of applications and interfaces. Manage the development of a library of problems and corresponding solutions. Manage documentation for support including filling in all documentation required for support tickets.
  • Management - Manage and/or mentor and train other analysts. Lead talent procurement and development efforts. Lead short-range planning and provide input to long-range planning.

Spends less than 50% of time managing the work of 0-5 reports. Role available in centralized functions only.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years focused on Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) in Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or .NET is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and custom APIs.
  • GitHub experience.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.

  • Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status $100,526.40 - $130,686.40
