Ideal candidates are experienced in both frontend and backend development, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and excited to contribute across the stack. Core Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy fullstack solutions
- Collaborate with the team to define and deliver product requirements
- Own projects from 0→1, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Maintain high-quality, maintainable code across frontend and backend
- Contribute to system design and cloud infrastructure Must-Have Qualifications
- CS degree from a top-tier or elite school OR 5+ years software engineering experience at a top startup/tech company OR strong GitHub portfolio with meaningful contributions
- Junior candidates: self-starter with demonstrable projects and code
- Senior candidates: experience leading complex projects, with clear career progression (Engineer → Senior → Lead/Architect)
- Backend: willing to work with Ruby on Rails (prior experience strongly preferred)
- Frontend: React and TypeScript required
- CI/CD and cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) Preferred Qualifications
