Data Reporting Analyst

FTS Inc in partnership with an industry leading company within the healthcare and benefits space is seeking a data reporting analyst. This position is fully remote, with preference to eastern or central time zones. The ideal candidate would love digging into data, solving problems, and turning numbers into insights that drive real impact.

This data reporting analyst will help this team build a best-in-class reporting function that supports business growth and smarter decision-making. This person should be methodical, strategic, and have advanced excel skills. Knowing how to work within large datasets and manipulate excel files to tell a story through numbers and insights is the heartbeat of this role.

Overview of responsibilities:

• Own data quality and reporting across Salesforce and PowerBi, leading the charge on data visualization for internal stakeholders
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights based off large datasets from excel and various reporting platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and analytics processes
• Turn raw data into actionable strategies that shape the business and tell the story behind the work being done
