Job Summary

FileMaker Developer/Analyst)

Short-term contract (120 hours), fully remote (within USA).
Objective: Modernize and migrate OPIC’s on-premise Claris FileMaker Server v13 database (~7,300 records, 45 fields) to FileMaker Cloud.
Three-Phase Project:
Phase 1:
Recover administrative access to on-prem FileMaker Server v13
Create new admin credentials
Produce two backup copies of the on-prem database
Phase 2:
Create a new FileMaker Cloud database duplicating the on-prem database structure/schema
Phase 3:
Transfer (upload) on-premise database to FileMaker Cloud
Verify all records and functionality are successfully migrated
Run detailed comparison/verification of at least 350 nonsequential records between on-prem and cloud databases
Certify successful migration and functionality to the agency
Deliverables:
Admin credentials, backup copies, new cloud database, completed data migration, certifications of data integrity and function, and verification report
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of experience with:
Recovering FileMaker Server access
FileMaker Server and FileMaker Cloud administration
Migrating/transferring on-prem FileMaker databases to FileMaker Cloud
