Palantir (AI) FDE Description

One of our transportation clients is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join their Data & Analytics group, where you'll serve as a pivotal bridge between cutting-edge technology and our core business operations in manufacturing, supply chain, and transportation logistics. In this senior role, you'll independently lead end-to-end solution delivery using Palantir Foundry, including ontology design, pipeline development, AIP integrations, and scalable applications, while mentoring data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to foster innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses deep Foundry and data modeling (Python, Typescript, or similar) expertise, exceptional business acumen to anticipate stakeholder needs, and a proven track record of driving value-maximizing outcomes like cost reductions and innovative process improvement—ultimately transforming our industrial analytics landscape for sustained growth and competitive advantage.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst and Engineer
  • Expertise in building/deploying in Palantir Foundry (Ontology, pipelines, AIP, integrations)
  • Ability to work with business domains and be able to proactively problem solve with quantifiable outcomes
  • Proven experience developing and implementing data solutions utilizing Palantir Foundry
  • Clear communication skills and ability to mentor others/knowledge sharing
  • Able to work hybrid in the Addison/Dallas, TX area


Nice to have

  • Foundry Data Engineer certification preferred
  • Foundry Solution Architect certification preferred
  • Foundry Application Developer certification preferred



Compensation:

$75/hr to $120/hr or 150-200K (+ bonus and relocation package)


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
