Cloud-Native Developer (Go / Kubernetes)
We’re looking for a Go Developer passionate about Kubernetes internals and cloud-native infrastructure. You’ll build production-grade services, extend Kubernetes with CRDs/Operators, and contribute to automation and observability tooling.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build backend services and infra tooling in Go
- Extend Kubernetes with CRDs and Operators
- Debug workloads, clusters, and distributed systems
- Develop CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, automation)
- Improve observability (metrics, logging, health checks, Prometheus)
- Automate deployments with Helm, Kustomize, Terraform
- Collaborate in Agile practices (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years professional experience with Go (Golang)
- Hands-on Kubernetes expertise (deployments, debugging, Helm/Kustomize)
- Strong background in microservices & distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- Good communication skills and experience in collaborative teams
Nice to Have
- Kubernetes operator development (client-go, API extensions)
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or Administrator (CKA)
- Container/cloud security knowledge (CSPM, RBAC, secrets mgmt)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)
