Role Overview
Position: Biology Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week, potential to extend to 40 hours/week
Duration: 1–2 months
Join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. Contribute to developing AI systems for life sciences and biomedical research.
Responsibilities
Evaluate Biology outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with scientific objectives.
Create challenging problems in Biology to stress-test AI reasoning and analysis.
Contribute to data generation and evaluation processes for the next generation of large language models.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs in life sciences.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
PhD in Biology or a directly related field from a top university
2+ years of academic or professional experience
High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe preferred
Engagement Details
Compensation: $65–85 USD/hr
Bonus: Weekly incentives ranging from $20–100/hr
Contract Type: Independent contractor
Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous
Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
