Quantum Software Engineer in SPAIN

As a Quantum Computing Engineer, you will

• Design and implement new quantum algorithms.

This position is based in San Sebastián Spain and we work in Hybrid work environment requires 3 days a week from the office and up to 2 from home. Please apply if it works for you.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in similar positions.
• Masters degree in Quantum Physics, Quantum Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of quantum computing algorithms, particularly hybrid and gate-based techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and related scientific computing tools.
• Experience with quantum computing SDKs (Qiskit, Pennylane, or others).
• Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources.
• Perfect command of English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning or Optimization algorithms
• Experience using git, unit testing, and docker.
• Experience writing patent applications and/or grant proposal
